The Challenge

Two People, Navigating Change Together

Teenagers experience rapid physical, emotional, social, and psychological changes while trying to discover their identity and place in the world. At the same time, parents often struggle to understand their children's changing needs and behaviors.

The program combines mindfulness, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, communication skills, and resilience-building practices to help families develop stronger, healthier, and more meaningful relationships.
